On this level there are two comfortable double bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with two single beds. A full bathroom with bath./shower, vanity unit, and hair dryer. An American style kitchen, equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, toaster. electric kettle, juicer, iron and board, and all the necessary utensils needed for a comfortable stay.
The lower floor, which is accessed via a staircase leading from the sun terrace, has two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunks (ideal for kids), a shower room and utility room with a washing machine, fridge, electric kettle and toaster.
All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and heating for the cooler months.

Denia town dates back to 200BC. A mixture of old and new with a cosmopolitan feel boasts of some exclusive shops, excellent restaurants where you can eat “menu del dia” from 8 euros inc wine, to up market international cuisine, together with the most famous of Spanish dishes, paella. A traditional market every Monday, all built around its famous 16th century castle which sits some 60 meters above the town. Denia is also a working port, with daily ferries to both Majorca and Ibiza along with a new Marina housing some beautiful yachts.
The beaches of Denia stretch for 15 kms and have a blue flag for cleanliness, sloping gently into the sea making them very safe for families. The nearest of which is 10 minutes drive from the villa. Costa Blanca boasts of over 300 days of sunshine a year. The world health organisation describes it as “one of the most healthiest climates in the world” There are also beaches at Javea, Moraira, and Calpe towards Alicante and Oliva, Gandia and Valencia to the north
Conveniently situated between Alicante and Valencia Airport, with direct access onto the A7 motorway you will reach Monte Pego in an hour. Accessing the turn off at Oliva from Valencia or Ondara from Alicante Airport. A new by pass road has been constructed to avoid the small town of Ondara, and will shorten the time coming from Ondara to the Pego road. A full map with directions will be sent to clients.
The nearest attraction is a safari park, this is situated on the Pego road turning right as you leave Monte Pego, with its entrance on the left after the bend. Ideal for families.
Inland you will find a wealth of sight seeing in traditional Spanish villages such as Orba with its narrow lanes, Benidleig, where you can visit the caves called Cova de Les Calaveres; Castell de Castells with multi coloured houses amongst Almond and Olive groves. Ondara home of the Bull Ring, and the Jalon Valley with its bodegas (wine cellars) where you can taste locally produced wine and buy it very cheaply. Jalon has a Saturday market which is famous for its rustic goods, situated on the road out of town heading towards Alcalali.
Guadalest, is a Spanish village perched dramatically on a green valley, selling crafts, museums to visit and fresh water fishing. Forts de Algar, which is on route to Guadalest, with a series of waterfalls and natural swimming pools. You will find picnic tables, public BBQ’s and facilities, making it ideal for a full day out.

Some 12kms from Monte Pego is the famous La Sella golf complex. Designed by Jose Maria Olazabal and is par 72 with 18 holes. This course is surrounded by Almond, Orange and Lemon tress and situated on the edge of the natural park of Montgo. Club de Golf Javea is 30 minutes drive from Monte Pego. Consisting of 18 and 9 holes, with a putting green, driving range, 2 tennis courts a club house with bar/restaurant, television and card room. Generally bookings are from Saturday to Saturday during the high season, please ask if you require alternative days and we will do out best to accommodate your requests.
Villa Charges include all utilities. cleaning before and after your stay and house linens. We do however, ask you to provide your own beach towels.
A deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking with the final balance payable 8 weeks before departure, together with a breakage deposit of £150.00. This is fully refundable provided there are no major breakages or damage.
A travel cot and baby linens are available at £8.00 per week and food packs can be arranged which are payable locally.
